Breakfast - Simple & Sweet

In a hurry?  This will take little time, is nutritious and tastes delightful!  It's also pretty to look at.  


We just went strawberry picking so nothing could be better than ones that are fresh picked!




The girls want me to make strawberry jam.  I think we have enough strawberries but I need a recipe!




Toss blueberries, blackberries, strawberries & raspberries (
Add pumpkin seeds, chia seeds & walnuts
Enjoy!

So here's some quick health info
Raw pumpkin seeds - protein, low in carbs, heart healthy fats & fiber.  They are high in calories so I add carefully.
Chia Seeds -  omega fats, fiber,  protein and anti oxidants.
Walnuts- loaded with omega-3 fatty acids that lower bad cholesterol
