Rasberry Bars

In my last post, I gave the recipe for rasberry bars. It's the best with a shortbread base and rasberry preserves on top. Cut into little squares on a pretty plate and they're perfect for special occassions. Our store has its faithful customers who come in each Thursday for a rasberry bar! I promised a picture so here it is! Still hot in the pan!
